Doors get left opne sometimes, it happens.just close them no need to go on and on about it

I get a kick out of the differences men and woman handle certain things around the house. For example, today I left the back inside door open for one minute while running to the bathroom and forgot to close it. My wife found it open and proceded to go on for fifteen minutes about the air conditioning bill and how one should make sure to close doors. Thiings I already know. I'm thirty six, I think I've figured this out by now I just accidentally forgot to close it. It happens. Nobodies perfect. Now if I find the door left open, here's what I do. I just close it. No need to go on forever about it. I just close the door. For some reason the women I know like to go on and on about a door left open when all they have to do is close it and say nothing more. Going on about it is not going to chang the fact that it was left open so just close the door like a man would and drop the subject. I've always forgotton to close doors. It is a fact of life and going on and on about it is not going to change the fact that some people get distracted and don't remember they left a door open. Trust me we who have this bad habbit of getting distracted are well aware it wastes air conditioning when you leave a door open. We are not ten we understand this. I get distraced and a door gets left open occasionally. My wife leaves them open too but I just close them. My mother and I think every other woman I know seems to have this same problem, yet they tend to forget they do it too. No man I know has this problem. I've talked to my male co workers and all agree they just close the door but all their wives or girlfriends seem to feel the need to go on and on about the fact the door was left open all the while leaving it open themselves waiting for their husband to come and close it wasteing even more air conditioning. So women of the world here's some advice. Do like a man would do just close the door and drop the subject. If you're husband or boyfriend is in his thirties, his behavior and his memoriy have been set in stone. Going on and on about it is not going to change anything it will probably make it worse and cause needless tention around the house and get you talked about on a blog.
